How long does shipping take?
Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the U.S. For international orders, shipping may take 7-10 business days, depending on the location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All purchases made through Silkhairstrands are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all items—including custom-made wigs and hair extensions—are non-refundable. Please review your order carefully before checking out.
